"The company focuses on controlling entrance rather than poison. Non poison traps were baited for the mice already in the house, he returned three times to remove the captured mice. I have not heard nor found any evidence of mice in our home since he secured the entrance points. We chose this method of elimination several years ago it worked great but over time the sealed areas needed repair and the company was not operating in our area any longer. Ryan came out to the house and talked with my husband. He explained the problem and sprayed around the foundation and inside where the ants seemed to be coming from. That night we had more ants then ever! I called in the morning and spoke to Debbie and told her what happened. She talked me off the ledge and explained how the nest was disturbed and that was normal. I was also happy with the cost. They were very reasonable.
