They’ve been pretty good. For overall rating “B+”. They were always there. Professionalism is always an “A”. I recommend them all the time. I’ve never had any animals taken out. I’ve had dead bugs and they handled that pretty well.

I have been using them for at least three years. I think this is the third year. The price is very good compared to some of the other vendor. He offers a prepay which discounts at 5%, which some other contractors do and some contractors don't and I do it with him to get that 5% discount. He does offer that, which I like, but again being that I already seen the price of other contractors it just came out two weeks ago his prices are
more than competitive because he is just considerably less. Responsive has always been good and just this one time I had to email couple of times, but that was just as passed on the grass, but you know do not know with schedule what not I just gather two years are fine. This year I just had to email him usually I have to email only once and I kind of emailed him the second time. The gentleman is very nice and very knowledgeable and I like the fact that he also knowledgeable with pest control and not just lawn care, which is an added bonus. I would continue to use them.

Since we had so much rain in June, we had all kinds of gross things crawling around our house in the woods.  NEPC came and took care of the problem.  When we had a new invasion of teeny tiny ants in one of our bathrooms, that was resolved in ONE DAY! So polite and professional - we have signed up for an ongoing contract to keep bugs out!

They are really good. I have a yearly contract with them. I've used them for 15 years. They are excellent. They come any time I need and they never make me feel embarrassed if I have a bug and just want to get a single bug out of my house. They are really nice. I can cancel the same day and it doesn't cost me any more money.

They came on time, cleaned up after, and gave us an itemized receipt showing what they charged us for and why. They also called us for follow up to make sure everything was fine. We have been using them for about 2 years now and they are fantastic.
