"I have had the best experience with Gibraltar, and I cannot say enough about the people who work there and the product itself; we love our pool!! Itâ s given us a lot of joy this summer with friends and family. But foremost for my review is the people who I have interacted with since we purchased the pool in the summer of 2020- they are awesome. Really the best. I have not seen customer service like this at another company in a long time. We put in our new pool last November for a deeply meaningful reason for our family and I ended up talking with the CEO and shared with him the reason. He was so awesome and wrote me such a sincere, kind, and genuine note. From the CEO to the college kid on the floor and everyone in between- I have been so impressed with their patience, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Iâ m so appreciative to Peter, Ellen, Grace, Ana, Jason, Keith, Jim, Ryan, Wayne and Jim. They have all been so incredibly awesome to deal with, and I feel like I am working more with a family than a huge company. Itâ s amazing they employee so many people who are each individually so helpful. You can tell the owners really care about how their store is represented and that they care about the quality of their work. We (like several other families) decided to build our pool during quarantine in 2020. There were delays that no one could have foreseen because the supplies were impossible to get for months- but that was no oneâ s fault, no one could have guessed we would be in a pandemic, and that the demand for pools would go up so much. So, even though there were delays, we understood, and Gibraltar did everything the could to get our pool built as quickly as possible and to make sure it was open for the summer season of 2021- and it was. I was sad to see reviews that said they took too long- I honestly just donâ t think it was fair. Who could have foreseen the impacts of a pandemic? So, for us, the delays were what they were, and we appreciated that they did all they could, with what they had to work with, and kept up updated along the way. I would highly recommend Gibraltar to anyone who wanted to put in an awesome above ground pool and have superior customer service."

"Once again, Ranieri Construction has gone above and beyond our expectations! We needed to have our inground pool patched and painted, and may I say Andrew (and Lou) did an outstanding job. My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The improvements also made it easier to maintain the water balance and keep clean. Please consider these folks- they are prompt, detail oriented and very efficient. "James and his apprentice worked diligently and professionally, trying not to waste any time. The second visit was necessary (as mentioned above) because a part had to be ordered. They did not receive the proper part from their supplier (although there were three weeks delay between when they saw that they need that part on the first visit and when they came for the second visit) and they had to modify the connections by adding some extra boxes. They stayed two hours in our house on that second visit but James included the travel time (an extra hour). For that reason alone, it might be difficult for us to justify using them again because we might as well use someone closer and not incur this travel time cost.
Overall, it is a very good company but they seem to be extremely busy: contrary to what I was told on the fist visit, I had to call to get the estimate for the second visit and to book it, and not having the right parts to do the work could have been better handled, IMHO.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
