They leveled, re-enforced, and painted my oversize deck, replaced a broken drain pipe from my gutters, and replaced a rotted wooden kick plate under my slider. John was professional, courteous, honest, and upfront through the whole experience and his pricing is more than fair for the top quality work he provides. "I have hired DRCR many times over the last 5+ years. I live in a 50 year old house and nothing is level or true, but you would not know this based on their craftsmanship. Below is a summary of the projects that DRCR has completed for me: 1) Total Upper Level Bathroom Renovation 2) Renovated Lover Level 1/2 Bath into a Full bathroom, including new enclosure, tub, vanity, toilet, plumbing, vanity, tile floor, baseboard heating register and expanding power and lighting 3) Added a 4th bedroom 4) Installed an above the ceiling beam and created one large Great Room from individual kitchen, dining room, and living room. 5) Added new cabinets, island, refrigerator cubby, lighting, and power to kitchen 6) Added shiplap, custom built mantle. and baseboard heat registers to Great room 7) installed new floor planks to upper level 8) Hung 11 paneled doors 9) Installed yard fence and deck gate 10) Renovated shed including a new single roof to match house and garage 11) Demoed and Rebuilt my Laundry room due to water leak damage I would not have hired DRCR repeatedly over the last 5+ years if I was not totally satisfied with their great value and superior quality of work. "East Coast Painting and renovations is a professional company. I would recommend anyone who wants to get their home painted to hire this company. The prices were very fair and I felt the service was exceptional for the price. They came three or four times to check and see if my shingles were dry enough to paint. Most other companies would throw the paint on only to have it bubble up after after a year or so. They did an exceptional job. They covered up all my plants and garden so as not to get any paint on anything. They replaced all the bad wood on the corners of my house as I asked. Brandon returned my texts and calls , always informed me of what they were doing and when they would show up. They always showed up on time. I am very happy with the whole process.
