"Late most days, did not show up for agreed upon work days without notifying me, installed batches of defective grass sod and did not show up three times since for agreed to meetings to address defective grass, on text messages (does not answer calls when contact is over) blamed the manufacturer, then me… ( never bothered to check what problem was). During the work, P&F owner did not provide samples of stone to be installed as per contract and asked me to find these. I found them at supplier 2.5 miles from my home… The owner of P&F reinterpreted our contract to mean what he (as a non lawyer) thinks it means: one example was interesting and revealing: he does not think the law on 1 year warranties applies to him because he is a landscaper and not a contractor… I find that funny and indicative of his thinking. I caution anyone considering hiring P&F: this is not a professional outfit."
