Everything went well. I never put boundaries on him as far as time limits and getting the job done. I felt in part my own philosophy that this job was complicated and had a need for great detail. Thus without being constrained he got the job done in a estimated days and he got the job done thoroughly, no detail missed, which is extremely important to me.
