"Our oil burner was giving off such a strong smell when it was running that we turned off the heat in the middle of winter! After multiple visits by another firm failed to solve the problem, and they admitted they were out of ideas, we called Wilson Brothers. Within a few minutes, Brennan had diagnosed multiple problems and a short time later they were 100% fixed and the burner is now running perfectly. Watching Brennan attack and solve the problem was almost as marvelous as having heat now. This guy has energy, expertise, thoroughness, and obvious pride in his work like you wouldn't believe. He is not technically a Wilson brother, but if they are smart they will make him a partner in the firm. He has won them a customer for life."
Three of the five heads are marked by the numbers in the blue circle. On the inside of the house is where you will find the mounted units. The slim ducts run alongside the white arrows and will eventually be covered to match the exterior of the house.
The slim ducts in the basement ceiling that connect from the branch box all the way to the 5 different heating and cooling units. These will be covered by the ceiling tiles once the job is finished.

"Overall the work that was done was ?fine? Carmen was not on site for basically the entire project and we had a team of 2 do the work. There was an issue of a wire cut that I was not made aware of until I asked about it, we had a ceiling fan replaced and turns out that there was a short in the wiring that was completely ignored. I had another company take care of this after the fact.. house was not kept clean (no drop clothes and no boot covers while on site) this was likely due to no supervision. I had to clean up most of the mess at the end of the days and I had to dispose of all debris, boxes, etc. Pricing was fair but based on my experience I would not use them again. It?s unfortunate because Carmen seems great just too busy with other projects and not present. Communication was subpar. This was not a small project as we shelled out over 6k. Had it been a smaller project I may not be as critical."

"To begin with, Saulo was quick to visit and provided a very reasonable quote. He converted our entire house lights to recessed lights. He was very professional and prompt. He started and finished on time. Saulo and his team were courteous, thorough, and attentive. Both work quality and customer service were great. I would highly recommend them!"

Ceiling Fans questions, answered by experts

Many ceiling fan-rated electrical boxes tend to be made of metal. However, some electrical boxes may also be made of heavy-duty plastic that is reinforced with metal support structures. It may also have an attachment that connects directly to a ceiling joist. If you are ever ensure, consult with a licensed professional to get their insight on best practices and whether the installation is a safe one.

The direction your ceiling fan spins helps create comfortable airflow in your home and can also help cut down on energy costs.

During summer, your ceiling fan should spin counterclockwise. This will push cooler air downward in a column and help lower your room’s air temperature. In the winter, set your ceiling fan to spin clockwise and at the lowest speed setting. This will pull cool air upwards, displacing the warm air that pools towards the top of your ceiling and bringing it down towards the floor.

If the fan doesn’t have a switch, connect the white wire from the ceiling to the white wire from the fan; connect the green wire to the ground wire; connect both black wires; and connect both blue wires. If yours has a switch, the white and green wires are connected the same way. However, connect the ceiling’s red wire to the light’s black wire and the ceiling’s black wire to the fan’s black wire.

If your home already has wires for a ceiling fan (and optional light kit), then it’s quite safe to wire and install it yourself. Always be very careful to shut off the power before you begin, and confirm that the power is safely off with a non-contact voltage tester before touching anything. It’s also highly recommended to use eye protection, rubberized gloves, and tools with rubber handles to keep yourself safe from electric shock.

Essential tools for ceiling fan installation include a ladder, screwdriver, pliers, wire strippers, and a circuit tester. If the ceiling is angled or features unique configurations, ensure the availability of a compatible mounting bracket.
