"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. If you are looking for a Company to do a solid, professional, worry free project from start to finish, then go with Beantown Home Improvements. Thank you again for doing such a great job!"

"We hired Grand Premium Siding to replace the rotten wood clapboard on the dormers of our house. Gerfferson responded to my initial message right away, he made an appointment to come to my house to take a look and showed up when he said he would. He gave us a very fair price and sent a proposal right away. I realized we needed an additional small siding repair on another part of the house, I sent him photos, he quickly gave us a new proposal. They did the work within a week. The work was excellent, the crew was terrific, and worked very hard. The quality of their work was outstanding. They also cleaned up well. Communication with us was excellent. We will definitely hire them again!"

"I contacted this company 3 years ago and was finally able to have the work done July 10, 2017. They did an excellent job from start to finish. All asbestos was removed per removal standards. "We have had Phelan Construction do numerous house improvements for us over the years. Most recently it involved wood gutter repair, wood steps, railing, hanging screen doors, soffit and fascia repair, and painting. Previously Bob replaced siding on a large area of our house with new cedar siding. We have always been more than happy with Bob's work ethic, quality of work and overall pleasantness."

"In addition to doing a fantastic job they also roofed my shed that was not in the contract, rebuilt a flat roof and cut in a ridge vent and soffits at no extra cost. I have a 1870 Victorian house with a Tower. The Tower is a tricky job. Freddy's guys did a super job. After the job was paid for I had a water leak but not because of the job they did. Freddy and his guys came back and sealed areas of the siding causing the problem. Customer service after the job is done, is extremely important to me. Customer satisfaction is truly important to Freddy. Freddy was always easy to get a hold of If I had a question. I have recommended Freddy to a friend (and he got the job) and will continue to recommend to others. I feel fortunate to have had Golden Group Construction do my roof and I know if I have any issues even years from now, they will take care of it. I have 100% confidence in them"
