"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. Gerfferson responded to my initial message right away, he made an appointment to come to my house to take a look and showed up when he said he would. "In addition to doing a fantastic job they also roofed my shed that was not in the contract, rebuilt a flat roof and cut in a ridge vent and soffits at no extra cost. I have a 1870 Victorian house with a Tower. The Tower is a tricky job. Freddy's guys did a super job. After the job was paid for I had a water leak but not because of the job they did. Freddy and his guys came back and sealed areas of the siding causing the problem. Customer service after the job is done, is extremely important to me.
