"Very happy with my experience. Although they were a little late on arrival, their office continued to call me with updates on their arrival time. Steve and Carlos started with a chimney cleaning but we soon realized the liner in the chimney was crumbling. They took pictures and videos of the inside of the chimney to explain the problem. Since it was a serious problem, they put in a new liner and stayed until after 9PM to get the job done. Steve and Carlos were professional, efficient and they cleaned up at the end of the job. "The technicians showed up the next day to give us a quote, and then (once we agreed to the quote) they were able to start work immediately (same day). They installed a chimney cap, sealed two other old chimney pipes (no longer in use), sealed the stone of the chimney itself and also installed a flexible crown seal. It was more than we thought to have done on the chimney, but the peace of mind is worth it. They finished in about 1.5 hours and did a great job. Would hire again."
