"Ed was one of three invididuals who came to my home to provide a quote for the work I needed: repair of a damaged area in my kitchen floor as well as sanding/refinishing the kitchen floor and a bedroom floor where I had pulled up an old carpet. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. His quote was actually the lowest of the three I obtained, but it was his long experience in the trade (and other excellent reviews) that convinced me to hire him. He was able to obtain a piece of reclaimed wood to repair the damage in the kitchen floor and integrated the repaired pieces seamlessly into the existing floorboards. The job was completed over a day and a half, and though I'm waiting to move furniture back into the rooms, the floors look wonderful.
