They were diligent and extremely clean, leaving my home looking as though no workmen has been present between the two days they worked on my home. I was also very pleased with the limited waste from their work. The tile behind the freestanding wood stove will be a significant enhancement to the room, and they recommended an additional product that dramatically improved the look of the tile. "I have done a lot of home renovation projects in the past, and I wish ALL contractors were like Mike. From start to finish of this ENORMOUS project, Mike was amazing to work with. He showed up when he said he was going to show up, he responded promptly to emails and texts, and he remembered all of the little details that we discussed along the way. His estimate was accurate and included all of the components that we talked about, and then we made some adjustments to the original estimate, which were also perfectly captured. And on top of all that, his quote/estimate was one of the most reasonable ones that we received (and we got 6 quotes). He was so knowledgeable with the information and advice that he provided, and I had complete trust that he would do a superb job. We had to move out of the house while the work was ongoing.
