Customers say: Quick response

"Our yard was completely covered with vines and other plant growth. The team from 3 Seasons Landscaping came in and within 4 hours we had our home back, our shed, we could walk down our stairs again. They did a fantastic job. Kudos to each one of them. It's now at a stage where we can manage and maintain it. Thanks so much."

Small jobs welcome

"This landscaping crew is top-notch! They came over every week to mow my lawn, keeping it looking nice and clean. They gave my yard a serious glow-up with their spring cleanup. When it comes to trimming bushes, they're pros. They went around the yard making sure all my bushes were perfectly shaped and looking their best. Weeds didn't stand a chance either. They took care of those pesky invaders and kept my flower beds looking beautiful. They edged the flower beds and added mulch all around - to every flower bed, tree, and bush. It made the whole yard pop! The grand finale was their fall cleanup. They left no leaf behind, making sure my yard was winter-ready. If you're on the hunt for a reliable, no-nonsense landscaping team, these are your guys. They really know what they're doing and they won't let you down!"

Small jobs welcome

"I recently hired T.V.M Landscaping for a lawn and yard refresh, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was professional, thorough, and exceeded my expectations. They handled everything seamlessly-spring clean-up, leveling out dry and patchy areas with topsoil, seeding, fertilizing, mulching and weed control. I especially appreciated the extra care they took by adding peat moss to help the new seed retain moisture and grow properly. On top of that, they removed unwanted bushes, hauled everything away, and left the property looking clean and refreshed. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the value. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the long-term health of your lawn. My yard already looks significantly better and healthier, and I’m confident it will only continue to improve. Reliable, hardworking, and fair pricing, I highly recommend T.V.M Landscaping to anyone looking to transform their yard."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Government regulations such as the EPA and OSHA govern lead removal procedures to ensure health and environmental safety during and after abatement.

You may see specialty products for sale to remove lead dust, such as D-Lead surface wipes. But you do not need to buy a special cleaner just for lead dust. A regular all-purpose cleaner, like 409 or something similar, is sufficient for cleanup. Just make sure to follow the manufacturer's directions when using it and to dilute with water.

Follow recommendations for removal or remediation to ensure a safe living environment.

If your roof was constructed between 1930 and 1970, there’s a possibility that the shingles contain asbestos. If that’s the case, you should hire a professional for repairs and replacement, as they’ll have the necessary equipment to stay safe from such a hazardous and cancer-causing substance. If your home was constructed after this period, it’s unlikely that the shingles in place are toxic. In most cases, asbestos shingles are not recyclable, while standard asphalt shingles are recyclable.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.
