They took the time to walk around the house with while I explained what I needed and they also offer other services in the event I need to have them come back and do other work. They explained that by putting down 10% the price would be locked in for six months and gave me a two month extension. I have a house that was built in 1900, its sheathed with 1" boards and because its Timber-Framed the stud spacing is 20-22 inches on the building so I addressed the issue that would come up if they took out the sheathing and they said no problem. They'll just put plywood over the existing sheathing, then put down a waterproof membrane and then install the metal roofing I want and the house will gave a new fresh look. I'd hire them again in a heart beat. This was just an estimate they did but they were still top notch. I'm looking forward to when the roof gets replaced."
