"New England Quality Air Solutions is a small family-run operation. our ducts hadn't been cleaned in a few years and I needed to have it done before going in for a lung transplant. Debbie in the office called me right back and gave me a very detailed quote. I scheduled the duct cleaning, along with cleaning the dryer vent. Debbie gave me a window during which the workmen would arrive and that they would call when they were on their way from their previous job. They called and showed up right on time during that window. Mario and Sergio explained how they do the work, verified the number of vents, mains, and returns, and were able to do most of the cleaning from the basement, using a rotating brush and vacuum. Then they went to each room and inspected those vents to ensure that they were clean. They showed us pictures of what was in the vents! They also did a treatment for mold, mildew, etc., and made sure I was not in the house for the few minutes that the treatment was being done, due to my lungs. Their pictures of the dryer vent showed almost complete clogging and they cleaned that also. I found them very professional and thorough, both in their explanations and in their work. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone."

"The technician showed up as scheduled. I thought I was hiring a "local" contractor but he said he had driven 2 hours to arrive to my job site. The work was done satisfactorily for what could be seen as inspecting all the duct work was not practical."

"The technician, Steve, called me 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable about my gas fireplace. He vacuumed all areas. He informed me of the condition of the components. I was prepared to ask him a handful of questions that he was able to answer. My fireplace works very well and I strongly recommend using the Chimney Experts."

"It was wonderful. So professional. I would hire ADAM again.."

"Bruno arrived early and gave me a full explanation of what he was going to do and the estimated time it would take. He was courteous and professional. He showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. The company was very easy to deal with and I would certainly do business with them again"

"Needed a duo ac swap, nobody wanted to switch my moldy, leaky ac with a new one. I reached out to Mikey & he came out to NY and was able to do the swap. Job was done quick neat and stable. Would hire again for my homely fixes. Now I have heat for winter and ac for the summer. Thank youuuuu :)"

"It ended up in a $500 deal.  They ended up finding mold in the air return so they ended up doing mold remediation and then they found more and I told them to just go ahead and do what needs to be done.  They seemed like they tried to up sell me a little bit. "
