"I did not want to write a review. The employees and staff I dealt with were good. The new owner, from what I understand, has very little knowledge and is not qualified, in my opinion. NO people skills at all!! I needed 38 sq. feet of tile installed. 38 12inch by 12inch, that's it. It looked terrible. I called him and talked. About half way through I told him he needed to look at it. He kept talking without even seeing it. When he did come by he did not have much comment and said he isn't a tile layer. Don't have to be to see the outcome. He sent guys over here three times to try to make it look right. Still a bad job. I said I need the old demoed tiles taken and, if you can believe it, he said they do not take old tiles because of weight and he pays by weight for his dumpster and would cost extra. This was not included in estimate. I have spent more time and money than he did on the job. This review is no reflection on others. Owner only. STAY AWAY!!!"

From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."
