"Rich responded w a phone call the very next day after I posted our plumbing needs. Our job requirements were small, so he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was on time for our appointment and fixed our toilet issues, out door faucet issues and found a noticed a new problem with our washing machine shut off valves that just started to leak.Our kitchen faucet he said needed to be replaced as it couldnâ t be tightened or repaired. He tried to find a replacement locally but couldnâ t find the brushed nickel we needed. So, we ordered one on line and he made arrangements to return to install it and fix our washing machine shut off valves. He does charge $175.00/hr but that is for 2 guys. I do think heâ s expensive but what tradesman isnâ t? Very happy w his service. 5 star recommendation!"

"It went very well! It took 7 months, but not due to anything with the plumbing etc, but rather the new rules governing re-financing. When we finally got the loan approved, things took off from there and we are now the proud owners of a new toilet, sink with vanity (which the space didn't have prior) a great overhead light , outlet (Never enough in an old house!) just put in today, and a linen closet. I chose Rodenhiser because I wanted a company with a wide breath of plumbing experience, because I knew our ancient bathroom would need someone who could problem solve it's unique issues. And I was thrilled with the work, the technicians, office staff and the entire experience."
