"I contacted John as I have a fair amount of water coming in my basement. He promptly came out for a visual inspection and set up a time to do a physical inspection while he was with us. "I was not able to meet the gentleman from the company, so had a friend do so.  I understood they use some type of "glue" product to solve basement leaks from concrete wall and wasn't interested in resolving.
