"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! "The entire process could not have gone more smoothly.  I called Stephen and he returned my phone call within the hour.  I described the area that I wanted to have cleaned and he came out the next day to give me a free estimate.  His estimate was reasonable and he was able to accommodate my schedule by coming out to do the clean up the next week.  He arrived promptly at 8:00 am - the agreed upon time - to let me know that he was there and if there were any last minute changes to the job.

He did a fantastic job and cleared away all of the brush, debris, etc.  Even better, I was only to send the payment provided I was satisfied with his results!  Who does that these days??

"I highly recommend Rattigan & Sons contractors for your construction needs. A big tree blew over and smashed down on my house, demolishing the roof, beam, and rafters. I called around for quotes and Rattigan's quote was detailed, thorough, and professional---and reasonable. I decided to have them reroof the entire house and remodel the smashed-up room into sunporch with a skylight. Sean is a great guy and super easy to deal with. He listened to my concerns explained details, worked with me every step, just wanted to make the customer happy, and in this case they did. The entire crew was polite, efficient and friendly. The workmanship excellent. I'm in my new sunporch as I write, rocking in my rocking chair, sipping coffee, and quite satisfied. So at least get a quote from Rattigans, meet Sean, and take it from there. You will not be dissatisfied."
