"The crew arrived in a professionally lettered vehicle, and introduced themselves. They worked efficiently keeping me advised of progress. When roof was removed rafters needed to be replaced. Pictures were taken of the damage so that I could see it for myself, before I authorized the additional cost, which the estimator told me might occur in advance of beginning the project.
