Jeff arrived at my door and was absolutely professional, courteous and tireless in identifying the problem, and making sure it was resolved properly. As it turned out, during the reconstruction of this house, a kick cap from the installation of a toilet, fell down the sewer line and caused a blockage. Jeff used pretty much every tool in his truck to resolve and fix the blockage. Absolutely job well done. Aside from some remaining standing water from my shoddy attempts at repair at 2 in the morning, we have no NEW water - and every faucet, spigot and piece of plumbing works flawlessly. "In April 2026, our broken cast iron pipe needed to be replaced, but we didn’t know how extensive the repair would be. From Angi's referrals, we called Full Swing Plumbing who arranged for Nick, one of their plumbers, to come to our house that same afternoon. Full Swing waived the dispatch fee. Nick used his endoscope camera to see the extent of the problem. (They had a coupon on their site which offered this one-time, free service.) After a couple hours, they were able to identify the problem, present a few solutions, as well as a final estimate before they left that day. We agreed on the approach and set a date for the following week. Nick and his co-worker were friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and hard-working.
