"Poor attitude and damaged tile when installing a glass shower enclosure. Time it took to get installed after paying more than a 50% deposit was extensive due to poor measurements. Overall feeling of being taken advantage of. Do not recommend and wish I had gone with the vendor I had originally chosen. Not professional at all. Finding reputable venders on the Cape is very challenging!"

He was knowledgeable and courteous. We e-mailed back and forth about the project and he sent me a quote. The technician, who arrived right on time, was courteous, easy-going, and made no fuss about walking up and down flights of stairs repeatedly and throwing out trash.
