This company is the most expensive company you will find. Take your buisness elsewhere. I've used them a few times and after the job was completed a got a quote from one of there competitors that was 30% cheaper. the stain they use to protect the shower glass does no work at all. water spots by day 5 and I always squeegee and don't use cleaners they told me not to use. Next time i called was cause of my windows wasn't shutting properly, I thought the spring assembly needed to be replaced. I was quoted 120 dollars to do so. The tech came out and it had just slipped out. He inserted it back in less than 5 min. And nothing needed to be replaced. I was still charged 120 dollars for 5 min and no materials. There was never talk about a minimum charge, the tech said he was at a job 5 min away so he could take a look no problem. Guess that costs 120. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE, I HAVE 3 CONTRACTORS THAT NOW WILL BE MOVING THERE BUINSESS ELSEWHERE. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Make this right southtown glass, and I'll remove my reviews on all your social media. 120 or 1000s lost in contracting buisness and retail. 0 stars

Smooth as a baby's bottom.

The woman we worked with on the phone at the store was excellent. She was very responsive to emails and was always out to help us with the best price for what was needed. We ended up having to pay more than what was originally estimated cause our house had settled and we could not get the window out ourselves so a technician had to come and help. He was very professional and got the work done quickly.

They could have been a little more timely, it took forever. They had to order the stuff, it took another week to get scheduled. Then the guy came, and he didn’t have the equipment and all. He came back about 3 days later. I’m not sure if I would use them again. One of the problems is that there is not that many glass people in this particular area, so I might have to use them.

Our house was broken into while we were out of town, and the perpetrator smashed through the sliding glass patio door on the back of our house. When we arrived home we called South Town Glass on the recommendation of a neighbor, and due to the circumstances they gave it top priority.  They had someone out the same day to measure the door, and they took the frame (which was undamaged) back to the shop and ordered the replacement glass.  Within a few days they delivered the frame with the new glass and installed it all within a few minutes.  They were fast, friendly, reasonably price, and showed a great deal of empathy for our situation.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It went exactly as we wanted, prompt, quality work.

Great service in sales office by Charlotte and at install. Rob even fixed the existing towel bars that were falling off in the bathrooms at no extra charge. The service and product were once again as great as when I had both a tub and shower enclosure done in 1996.
