What a mess. Black debris and broken glass all over the interior front. Broken glass inside of engine. Debris filth collected in spaces of my center console. Leather seats and console were scratched by broken glass shards/dust. Loud Wind noises now while highway driving. Scary looking tech with an attitude. Claimed too many jobs were scheduled so he could not clean up his mess in my car. No follow up by manager Mark. Very sorry I used Cape & Islands of Falmouth.

It was easy to see water coming out onto the bathroom floor immediately after the installer. He was told but did not fix it. I was in touch with his manager and he was sent back two weeks later. The problem persists to this day. I definitely would not use this company again.

A service person came to the house and took detailed measurements of the window. The window was ordered and replaced within 3 weeks. Professional service. Reasonable price. Excellent work.

They seemed to be good and professional. They were punctual and did a good job. The quality of their work was good. They are quality glass providers. It was not easy because it was a double pane glass window which they replaced. Their price was good and competitive.

Great service. Came out immediately to measure and got back to me that afternoon with a quote, which was almost $100 less than the other quote I had received. Had my glass tops within the week, delivered and installed. Very pleased.

Repairman was a couple of hours late but completed the repair in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with the results

These people are very competent from the start. They presented us with a comprehensive range of options and were very good on price. Installation was first rate.  We had used them in 2008 for another bathroom also with very satisfactory results.

The most recent experience was good. It was an insurance claim. Generally my experience with them is good and positive. They are responsive and their service technicians are capable. In this instance they did a really good job. They were thorough and there were no problems with the windshield after the installation. They are very good about fixing things afterwards if there is a problem. I had a couple of instances where a different technician didn't do such a great job and they did follow up; they are good about that.

Very cordial on the phone when my husband first called to order the top. The day of the delivery I had an accident and was on the way to the hospital (my husband following behind) when they called to tell him the window of delivery. He explained what was happening; she said how sorry she was and would call back another day. When she did the first thing she did was to ask how I was...SO very nice!! Top was delivered by two very nice young men. One of them actually praised my husband for taking a perfect measurement!

It was fine; it was a simple and reasonable transaction.  The people were fine. 

They were very professional. They did a good job. They were reasonably priced. The experience was good. They were prompt and skilled. I would recommend them because they would get the job done correctly.

I had them replace all the vinyl windows in my house.  Great price and quality product.
I am saving a lot of money on my heating bill in the winter.  Also, less drafty when you sit next to the window.
Previously over the years I have used them for auto glass, and also a shower door.  Always treated me well.
