"Jeff Lee got in touch promptly and was honest and thorough in his explanation of the process and cost. He and his team were kind, hard-working and professional. The results exceeded my expectations. I wasn't thrilled about giving up on our poor lawn but between constant use by our young boys and an unwillingness to use an unsustainable amount of water, there was little hope for it and I relented. Jeff helped us pick the right variety and it looks beautiful, natural. The color is gorgeous, and the blades are soft enough that the first time we had company in our backyard for an outdoor movie night, an 8-year old fell asleep with his face directly on the turf. Drainage ,water issues, grading, excavation, paving , concrete, stamped concrete, brick pavers, walls, landscape, tree work . We are a one stop shop . and I have an extensive list of sub contractored I have been working with for years, from plumbers to electricians . "The universe just dumped a huge pile of snow on eastern Massachusetts. 19 inches! Leo came as promised without us having to call him and took care of the driveway and walkway as agreed earlier in the winter. He has been reliable so far and is nice to deal with via text. It's hard to arrange for things when you don't live in the same state, and several snow people I had contacted earlier in the winter didn't respond and were unreliable. I was worried, but now I know that the snow will be taken care of by ML Landscaping, and I'm going to stick with them."

Early August Gary gave us a reasonable priced quote, he was not the cheapest but he lived in town and was a vet. Gave him the first check and signed contract - 75% of the scraping and painting was done and he showed up looking to see if we could advance him the next payment. His truck was "dead" and he could not afford the repairs. Yup we gave him the check for the next 3rd. then we never saw him again and to the point I waited out infant of his house to get a lot of excuses. Project started in Aug and his tarps and buckets are now snow filled on the side of my house and carpentry work has ever been done. calls not returned, work not done, promises broken but checks were cashed ASAP!"
