"The plan was to turn my two car detached garage into living space and then connect it to the main house with a hallway, along with turning the small storage room that it was connecting to, into a half bath. Ryan and Rob were quick on responding the moment I put in the estimate request and they came over the same day just to get an idea if the work could be done. We went over multiple details and they were ready to get started quickly. Work estimate was on par with what others were indicating but with Level Builders I felt like I was being listened to, and working with what I needed versus steering me elsewhere. Project took a little longer than expected since we changed the format a bit and decided to turn that projected half bath into a full bath with washer and dryer hookups. Whenever an issue arose during the construction, I was always informed immediately and asked what I wanted to do. I felt like I had a say in everything all throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that asks because the final product looks amazing! Any issues that came up were fixed quickly and I'm so happy with the results! "Patrick and his team did an amazing job of repainting the walls and ceilings of my rental unit between tenants. There was a quite a bit of replastering to repair holes from where things had been hung on the walls, but they still managed to get everything done well within the short timeframe that I had to work with. In addition to the painting, his team replaced cracked tiles on the kitchen floor. I was really nervous about the work getting done well and on time, because another contractor had told me it would take 3-4 days, and that the entire kitchen floor would have to be replaced. But on the weekend of the work, Patrick showed up on time, got everything done earlier than I had expected, and it looks fantastic! He made what was initially a really stressful project for me end up being really easy."
