"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"I can't say enough about Watchman Waterproofing and the owner Dave. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! "Steve did a good job. On our house in Falmouth. He dealt with us literally changing the kitchen design mid point of construction while having a good attitude. He helped my wife recommending a shower etc. Steve did everything up to code and pulled the right permits. When we had challenging situations he was creative. Steve dealt with a millworker/contractor who was installing our cabinets and less than professional. Steve was diplomatic working with others. Over the years I have renovated a number of houses and plumbers can be a challenge as they deal with pipes. Steve is above the rest"

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."

"I contracted with Seabreeze to complete my primary bathroom remodel. I can’t say enough good things about their work and how it all went. In the past I have remodeled 2 kitchens and neither went this smoothly. Amanda was amazing to work with…pleasant, always available and responsive. Mitchell is a hard worker and doesn’t stop….he attends to details and is very unobtrusive….there were times I had to remember he was in the bathroom working because he was so quiet! Their subcontractors come when they are scheduled and, if need be after Amanda checks on their work, will come right back to follow up. To top it all off, Seabreeze’s estimate was the best of those I got for exactly the same work and, other than my own changes and upgrades, stayed right on target. "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
