Unfortunately, the pavers were sloped incorrectly, causing water to pool against the house, and the walkway is already collapsing due to poor workmanship. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed.
