I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. He came to our rescue for a gas fireplace repair by traveling almost two hours one way to diagnose the problem THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS . â WHO ELSEâ , I ask, would ever do that. Answer: Paul Landry, thatâ s who. Since we were leaving for Florida for the winter, it was decided that he would order the parts and we would touch base when we returned from Florida. When we returned, Paul, once again, did the long trek to complete the repairs. This man does it all.
