Although I liked the color of what I chose I would have like to see my original color. When the workers came they tore everything out of the bathroom. In the process caused pictures to crash to the floor in the hallway. They also damaged the walls where they removed the tub. When I got home I noticed it was not as I wanted it. Nor did the wood supports meet like they should. I contacted the company and told them the supports didn't meet they told me it was just to brace the bench seat. There were large gaps prior to them putting the marble down. I told them I wanted that fixed that my dad who was handicap needed a secure seat. They also installed handicap rails too for us but did not use stainless steel screws so the rust has started to run down the wall. The did do repairs on the outside faucet while the wall was open. They cut a two by four not drill a whole and they drilled through my house and put in a new spout. None of which I wanted. My dad didn't know and I'm sure gave them the OK. I wasn't home when they did the repairs. My dad who is handicap was he thought they had made the repairs. When the finished the shower they were kind enough to install a riser on the toilet. It was difficult and they did go after parts. When i contacted them and told them they had damaged the wall they said it wasn't a complete renovation and I would have to pay extra to have it fixed. Well now when you step into the shower it creaks. The seat creaks and so does the floor. Not to mention I believe the silicone is coming up too. It only had a one year warranty and after dealing with them I do not want them back in my house. Good luck but if you don't have someone stand over them I think you would end up with half done job. When i did call them for the material, they would not call me back for days, then they would make an appt. to come, but not show up. So Id call and call and finally catch someone who would tell me they would get right back to me. This went on for over a month. I told them if they had sold it to someone else, that was fine, or whatever they wanted to do, that i just wanted a plan of some kind instead of the run-around. Finally, the owner came to see me, apologized for his son's treatment of the situation, checked the site out and promised to call me "as soon as I get back to the store in the morning to look at the schedule". He did not call. I waited a week and then filed a complaint with the sheriff's office. They said it was "contractor fraud" and they called and told Ivey if he didn't send me a check for the amount I had put down they would be out to arrest him. I got the check in about 3 days. I never did figure out what their problem was. They just simply would never call me when they said they would. Hard to figure since they are a family business that has been in this area for decades. How they've stayed in business is beyond me. "},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/la/shreveport/robert-ivey-flooring-america-reviews-5829819.htm"},"position":10}]}
Putting Green Installation reviews from real Angi homeowners in Vivian, LA
Work was to install 3 wood posts in an existing cedar fence by digging 2 ft holes & adding concrete. Soil ranged from hardpan clay to river sand. Was impressed by work effort & speed of these professionals. They knew all the nuances of cementing-in posts that are plumb in all...

They installed a hot water heater that went out within 6 weeks. The plumber said it was their fault because it was not flushed and installed properly but still charged me for repairs because it had been more than 30 days.
When the remote control failed to operate, he diagnosed the problem. He offered us a choice of installation option to serve in the interim until the manufacturer could correct the problem. I had no complaints about the installation.

Landscaping, Flower beds, And debris removal. I am trying to build a business in my image that is a good representation of me. My fees will include the base service but if there are little things to be done that will also be included.

I started this company so that I could offer the community quality work for a reasonable price. I don't charge by the hour but by the job and don't hire labor hands but work with professionals from different trades who take pride in their work

FAQs for putting green installation projects in Vivian, LA
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
The average cost of playground equipment installation is around $500, and most homeowners pay between $330 and $700, excluding the cost of the playground equipment itself. Your total project cost will depend on site preparation requirements, playset size, design complexity, number of accessories, and the swing set materials. Don’t forget to account for the cost of playground surfacing, which can cost between $15 to $160 per cubic yard or $225 per cubic yard for poured rubber.
The cost to install a basketball hoop can range from $200 to $5,000. This price heavily depends on the type of basketball hoop you choose, as some require equipment and some do not.
For example, you can most likely assemble a portable basketball hoop yourself, with a cost of $150 to $500. However, if you're looking for something more permanent, a roof-mounted hoop requires specialized tools and roof anchors, costing a total of $2,000 to $5,000.
Rubber mulch is widely considered the best material to place under a playset. This material option provides more cushioning than traditional wood mulch for added protection, remains cooler than sand and most other materials in direct sunlight, and it’s low maintenance. Rubber mulch is slightly more expensive than other common options at $120 per cubic yard on average, whereas pine bark mulch is $30 per cubic yard. But when it comes to your children’s safety, the investment is worthwhile. Consult your playground equipment installation company about material recommendations before starting this project.
