Michael was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to our questions and returned phone calls and texts promptly. We used Michael as our realtor to both buy our new home and sell our old home. We wanted a new home but needed an HOA that would allow four dogs. It was tough but Michael found us a brand new patio home that met all or our needs. Then we sold our old home that had some unique requirements since it was a manufactured home. Michael did all the research and helped us every step of the way to accomplish all the paperwork requirements. He also has great resources that helped us make repairs to the home and the roof. It was so nice not to have to track down contractors ourselves. Although my husband says that we are never moving again, I would hire Michael again without any hesitation.

The sale of the home went really well since it was an estate sale it had to go through court ordered probate. Michael was very efficient in guiding me along the way and would return my calls or e-mails very quickly. I would definitely use him again.

Michael is AMAZING. This is the second time we’ve worked with him, and I will never call another realtor ever- never ever. We loved working with Michael. He fought hard for us and to get us in a home that was right for our family. He was there every step of the way. Whenever we had a question or needed an update he was a call or text away. I decided to sell my home in Colorado Springs, and my property manager recommended I contact Michael Winslow. I live out of state, so Michael was my eyes and ears in every way. When it came to pricing the house, he agreed with me that while my price was slightly above market, it was realistic and we could get it. And we did! From start to finish, Michael was extremely responsive. He handled just about everything, from letting me know what work the house needed, to contacting the contractors and inspecting the work, to representing me at closing. We had contacted several other realtors to assess them and the market. During the course of the process, we received an unanticipated as-is offer to purchase the home quickly. Michael had several possible options for a quick, as-is sale also. As things turned out the first offer was both quick and definite, so we opted to take it; however, we felt that Michael lived up to his strong Angie's List recommendations during the whole process. Wonderful. If you are buying or selling property, Michael Winslow is your man. The housing market in Colorado Springs is very competitive. You need someone on your side that works hard to find you the right property as well as get top dollar for yours. That's what we got. He was even able to recommend reputable services for home, heating, and sewer inspection, and we closed on both properties the same day!

Michael was fantastic. We needed to sell our rental property in Colorado Springs (while living out of state) and were left in a bad situation by our former tenants who did a lot of damage to the house. Michael visited the property many times prior to and after listing and made us aware of many issues that our former property manager had 'missed.' He also arranged and managed the maintenance/repair work we needed to have done to get the house into saleable condition. We were in a tough situation with selling a house in need of major help on a tight budget, and Michael worked hard for us to get the house sold. Highly Recommend this agent!

Exceptional. I selected 4 agents to assist me. I eventually chose Mike. He was by far the most responsive, and provided the most comprehensive feedback. His contractors performed on time and on budget, and his personality was genuine and engaging. Fabulous. Mr. Winslow exceeded all of my expectations of what to expect from a realtor. I was very nervous because I have never had to sell a house that is not in the city/state where I live. Mr. Winslow walked me through the entire process and handled numerous tasks in my absence. He gave excellent recommendations as to things we could do to improve the appeal of the house to potential buyers. He met with insurance agents regarding a claim that was in process. He put us in touch with reliable contractors and even arranged their services and billing for me. We had over 8 showings in the first 2 days of listing, and within a week we had a favorable contract. Mr. Winslow was prompt and considerate in all phone and email contact. He made sure I understood all of the closing documents and even attended the closing in our absence. I just cannot say enough about how pleased I have been. I have only ONE complaint, and that is that he does not handle real estate in Louisiana, because my daughter has a house there she needs to sell and any realtor she uses will not be able to measure up to the service we received from Michael Winslow.

From that first meeting, Michael was very easy-going and professional, knew the real estate market in that area and what this particular house would/could/most likely should sell for, and gave us great feedback on pros and cons of price points, terms, and whether or not to invest in updating the home before putting it on the market. He was also a wonderful resource for everything from yard maintenance, cost estimators, even attorneys to assist with probating my departed uncle's estate, allowing my aunt to move forward with closing on the house in good time, with as little stress as possible. Michael took great care of our interests, continued to deliver great service the whole way through, and was savvy enough to keep our buyer patient, even when we ran into more red tape in closing the sale than originally expected. His work was exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Michael is an outstanding real estate agent. We were moving from PA to CO and started working with Michael about 4 months before our serious search started. We met with Michael while on vacation out here in the summer and discussed with him our plans to move to CO several months down the road. Michael started immediately to do searches for us and keep us aware of new homes coming on the market that met our search criteria. Once we got serious he threw his full attention into our search. We made two trip to CO to house hunt and both times he cleared his schedule to make us his number 1 priority. We were rather picky, but he was very patient with us and set appointments for us to see a number of homes. Once we selected a home he helped us with the negotiations and was always available to answer our questions and take care of any matters we needed help with. The final negotiations and closing were all done long distance and Michael was on top of all the details making the process go very smoothly and free of any problems. Since the sale, Michael has checked with us a number of times to see if all has been going well since our move. Michael also has an enjoyable personality and was pleasant to spend our many days together during our search. Michael is extremely responsive and easily accessible. He is always willing to help, easy to work with, and goes out of his way to assist in any way possible. For example, he went by to check on our house when we were away, prior to closing. He took great pictures for our listing, saving us from hiring a professional photographer. I made the mistake of going with FIZBER and getting a realtor through there company which was terrible. Everything went wrong. II called up Mike and even before I hired him, he gave me valuable information on how to cut ties with the last realtor. I can't say enough good things about Mike. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, is honest, extremely hard working, and dependable. He sold my house in 7 weeks and is in the process of helping me find a rental house. I could not have asked for a better experience!
First, I got 3 offers within 6 hours of listing and a contract within 24 hours. I also got $5,100 more than I was asking. I know this is not typical, but without Mike's advice and input on increasing the curb appeal and showing (new garage door and internal paint), I don't think I would have sold so quickly.
I was the most impressed with Mike's responsiveness to my emails, phone calls and texts. He always responded within 5 - 30 minutes. I joked with him that I felt like I was his only client. I felt he truly cared about me selling my house and within the time frame I needed. He reviewed the buyers offers and presented me the bottom line on each so that I could make an informed decision. He was just as engaged and responded quickly after the contract was signed.He walked me through the buyers requirements after the inspection and knew what to say when I was having a mini melt down :-). Everything went smooth and we closed on time.

He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was incredible. He went outside his normal service area to show me houses. He showed me rental properties based on my budget without getting commission for it. He found me a place that I thought was perfect. He worked with the property manager to help get me in to the house. Has called and checked up on me. Recommended employment opportunities for me, and I got a job based on one of his recommendations.

Michael was very professional and helpful through the search and purchase process. I used zillow/truilia to search for houses then arranged with Michael to view the houses. He was always flexible for scheduling. He was great at either texting or calling with details. He was helpful with suggestions on offers made. He also was helpful with pointing out issues with potential properties. With the property we final purchased Michael worked with house to meet and allow various inspections of the property. (Property was a little older, so we asked for additional checks. ) Additionally, Michael has provided recommendations for vendors for services we will want/need on an older home, and yes, I also verify them via Angies List, I still appreciate a recommendations for services from my realtor.
