The technician who gave me an initial consultation was extremely knowledgeable and helped me wade through the pros and cons of different insulating materials. I ended up going with spray foam because of the price and overall effectiveness. When I was ready to schedule the insulation, Ira, the owner called me back the same day to schedule me so everything could progress smoothly in the process of renovating my home. His team took the time it was necessary to make sure the job was done right and cleaned up after themselves. It wasn't easy, some of the rooms only had partial walls, other's had drywall but required multiple cut outs to blow in the insulation because of the fire breaks. I can already hear and feel the difference. The insulation has created a sound barrier that makes me feel like I can be alone with my thoughts. My house is peaceful even without a stick of furniture to perch on. Next step: sheetrock!"

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
