"Kenny was friendly but professional, working two days on what should have been a one day project without complaint despite the fact that the work spilled over into Saturday morning. The delay was not due to any work on K&J's part, but simply due to environmental complications (high heat and humidity meant the cleaning stage took longer to dry once completed).
