"DO NOT USE TUFF SHED #tuffshed. I ordered my shed on July 6, 2018 to be installed by July 27. For my Tuff Shed Premier Pro Ranch Garage, install began 8/2/18, finished on 8/5/18 WITHOUT A GARAGE DOOR! Salesman FORGOT to order garage door back on July 6. I was promised for SURE I would get the door installed on Aug 15 or 16. I checked up on it today, and the date for door install has been moved to Aug 27. Note that this was NOT a special order- this is a standard door for a standard Tuff Shed model! Other problems with TuffShed: I had to fight with Tuff Shed management to get the contractor to put a starter strip on the roof. Roof was initially installed without starter strip and had exposed tar paper. I also installed Anchor Bolts in the concrete slab as directed by Salesman. Tuff Shed Contractor had to saw them all off because salesman gave incorrect diagram and instructions. Salesman blamed it on the fact that I did not use the concrete person he recommended. I used a local contractor instead, but who was very experienced."
