Cajun soft wash is awesome, they arrived at my house early were very courteous and professional. They cleaned my roof and my house, my roof had not been cleaned in 18 yrs when they finished it looked like new. The house also looked like new, anytime I need my house cleaned in the future, this is the company I will go with. Robert

Simply amazed...Doug and his crew were not only extremely professional, detailed, and diligent, they did an amazing job cleaning the exterior of my home, patios, driveway, walkways, and the brick around my pool! We are incredibly happy with the results and would happy recommend Doug to all of our friends. Thank you Cajun Soft Wash!

Well we were surprised by the professionalism and punctuality that Doug displayed throughout the entire process. His men showed up on time and did our home a great deed. We are almost certain that it never had a decent bath in its 20 year existence. Cajun Soft Wash is the only home cleaning service that I could recommend to anyone who wants the very best at an affordable price. Doug is a true professional and it shows both in his business mannerisms and scope of work ethics.

I received a quote and scheduled an appointment with Doug roughly 1 month before my cleaning occurred. Doug emailed and texted me the day before my appointment to confirm that he would still be coming out. He arrived exactly on time and spent the entire day cleaning the steeply pitched roof over my 3,000 SF house and garage. The finished product is outstanding and it looks like I have a new roof.
He also pointed out some other roofing problems that will need to be repaired that he noticed while cleaning. He is not a roofer and will not make these repairs himself, he simply pointed them out because it is the right thing to do.
Doug's original quote was exactly what he charged and he was punctual and professional.

Fantastic. From the initial contact to the last handshake after the job was complete, everything went great. I sent an email through the Cajun Soft Wash website to get an estimate and in less than 1 day was contacted by Doug via phone. He then sent me a written (electronic PDF) estimate and a copy of the company's insurance and the warranty information for the cleaning job. I signed the estimate and emailed it back. Doug emailed me and had me on the schedule the following week for 8 AM.
At 8 AM sharp my doorbell rang and Doug and Ryan were ready to start - just needed access to electricity and water connections. The job took 1 full day (for my roof) and the results were unbelievable. All precautions were taken by Cajun Soft Wash to protect my plants and control run-off water from the roof and gutters. Doug walked me around the house after the job and explained what I could expect in the next few days.
A day later he emailed before and after pictures - they tell the whole story. If I figure out a way to upload or link to them I will.
Bottom line - I dealt with the same professional (Doug) from beginning to end, was communicated with throughout the entire process, and got my money's worth on the job. True pleasure to deal with, not to mention the results.

My co-worker had a great experience with Cajun Softwash, who cleaned his roof, but he told me they cleaned a variety of exterior surfaces. Doug contacted me within hours of my request for a quote on his website. We set up a time for him to come by, and he took the time to give me a very detailed quote for all of the items I asked for pricing on (siding/eaves, brick, concrete, stucco, wooden door, roof, etc). Once I chose a package of several items and agreed to a price, we set up a date for them to do the work. They spent almost 2 full days cleaning the outside of the house and the results were amazing. Payment was not requested until we were satisfied that the job was done well. You can visit them on Facebook for my before and after pictures, along with others. All in all, I was extremely pleased with both the responsiveness and professionalism of the initial quote and with the quality of the work that was done.
