During installation installers punched a 1-2 hole in my wall and tore a 6 inch gap in my rubber facing around my garage sliding door. Then without being directed to do so reattached my damaged refrigerator which then leaked over the newly replaced flooring. The faulty refrigerator was the reason I had to replace my floor in the first place. there were also indented floor planks installed in 3 different locations on the floor which had to be torn up and reinstalled. My walls were marked up extremely over the normal amount of marks and scuffing you would think would be done on a floor installation. They did come and replace the second damaged flooring but there was a chip on one of the floor planks in the second installation. This company was recommended to me by my homeowner insurance company. Safeco insurance.

. William was patient while I made up my mind. there was never high pressure, just help. Wm came out to measure at my convenience and worked w/me on the installation date that fit into my schedule. The installers were proficient, skilled, & polite. they even came back to adjust my doors. I am still happy w/my new kitchen ceramic floor.

They really do try to help you, and give good suggestions. They give good feedback on your projects. They had the best price in town on granite. I would use this company again in the future.
