"The owner was very prompt in calling and showed up late in the day to inspect the bathroom ceiling and located the problem after checking the fan cover on the roof. Mr. Bruce returned the next day to complete the job. He also suggested we replace the cover for the other fan cover and three boots, which we did as part of our maintenance effort. "I spoke to William Wells. I honestly can say he is such a respectful and honest man. I had multiple companies come out and give me estimates but when I got ahold of Louisiana State Construction William put me at ease and came out and gave me a estimate on my roof which is a metal roof and he went through everything with me and just by the way he was so respectful and honest I had to go with him the price was just great as well!
