"THE TIME FRAME WAS INCONVENIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND GRAND KIDS, SO THEY HAD A BIG JOB THEY WERE DOING AND I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO DO IN A TIME THAT WAS STATED TO ME, IT TOOK TO LONG FOR THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS HIRE TO FINISH,BUT I ACCEPTED IT BECAUSE HE WAS A NICE YOUNG HARD WORKING MAN AND I REALLY NEED THE ROOF DONE BEFORE THE BIG RAIN CAME AGAIN , BUT I LEARN IN LIFE TO BE PATIENT WITH PEOPLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY APPROVED AND BY TRUSTING THEIR WORD THAT THE ROOF WAS DONE RIGHT AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO TAKE PICTURE OF THE ROOF DUE TO BACK SURGERY, THANK GOD FOR GOOD PEOPLE. I AM PLEASE AND SO WAS MY DAUGHTER AT THE END."

"Malcolm did an excellent job on my roof. I live out of town and was in the process of selling my home in BR which needed a new roof. I met with him one evening while in was in town to get an estimate and 2 days later I had a new roof! Malcolm was aware that I needed the work done quickly so he assigned a few extra men on the job to make sure it would be complete before I left BR. Malcolm oversaw the entire job by making several trips to my home to make sure everything was going smoothly. Once the new roof was complete he came back again to make sure I was satisfied. I had an issue with my insurance company and Malcolm stepped in to help resolve the problem. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to make certain I was taken care of and that I was satisfied. He is honest, dependable and has great integrity as a person.
