He even left behind two pairs of plastic shoe wraps for us to wear the first 12 hours so we wouldn’t damage or stain the carpet during the drying process. "I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet...decided since this guy was running a special that I would see if I could salvage it instead ...besides, he was running a $100.00 special.  The guys were very professional and knowlegeable  - they were really courteous as well.  The carpet looks almost brand new and smells great.  I want have to replace it after all.
