Jeremy was a total professional – he showed up exactly at the appointed time, explained thoroughly what he would do (and how) and did an amazing job even getting out several pesky pet stains. He even left behind two pairs of plastic shoe wraps for us to wear the first 12 hours so we wouldn’t damage or stain the carpet during the drying process. "Hometown Restoration came by to do a flooring replacement. They removed the carpet and cleaned the stairs, and put in new luxury vinyl in an upstairs bedroom, hallway and stairs. Even though we had an early miscommunication about which brand of material, they went out of their way to get it fixed and make sure the right material was installed per my liking."

"The upstairs bathrooms need updated in our early '70's house.  The Blue bathroom had a blue cast iron tub with a different shade blue enclosure.  Another bathroom had a one-piece vanity /sink.  The sink was damaged (but not leaking) where a teen had used some paint stripping chemicals.  Tub Pro answered my e-mail from Angie's list within 24 hours.  He came to give me a quote with in a few days.  The work was completed in 4 hours a few more days later.  The work looks very nice.  The tub is now white, with no evidence it was ever blue.  He gave me a 5 year warranty.  
Very Prompt.  He called to give estimate of time he would arrive.  The bill was exactly the quote with no surprises.  I made sure to get a few of his business cards for my friends.
