"Hunter was very polite and very flexible, but we were charged by the square foot and many pieces of furniture were not moved for cleaning. If we needed to have pieces moved for the cleaning that should have been said prior to their arrival. It felt as if they were rushing to get the job done so quickly that they left areas undone. We were left with one restroom left undone and a white residue on the floors and baseboards. Hunter was very apologetic and did return to clean the floor in the bathroom and wipe down the baseboards. Over-all I feel they are capable of doing a great job, but our marble floors were a bit of a challenge and they underestimated the amount of time that would be needed for the cleaning."

"Highly recommended!! SES went above and beyond with my house remodel. The owner Shawn is very involved and hands on which made the process even easier. Very professional crew as well. We selected Clean Pro for our bedroom and bath-hallway carpet cleaning job specifically because of the number of rave reviews on Angie’s List and we were not disappointed. Jeremy was a total professional – he showed up exactly at the appointed time, explained thoroughly what he would do (and how) and did an amazing job even getting out several pesky pet stains. He even left behind two pairs of plastic shoe wraps for us to wear the first 12 hours so we wouldn’t damage or stain the carpet during the drying process. Because the image layer is protected by a topcoat, the image layer is more vulnerable to scratches and damage if the topcoat is damaged. Wood floors should be polished every two to four months to maintain a shine and to keep them protected from daily wear and tear. More frequent maintenance includes dry mopping the floors daily and cleaning spills immediately, using a spray mop and cleaner weekly to remove any built up dirt or grime, and sanding and refinishing the floors every three to five years.
