"Hagerman Services came out to my office in Algiers for a mini split estimate and I was really impressed. What felt complicated at first, the tech Tony explained in a way that was easy to understand. Now, the estimate was higher than some others but I went with them because the customer service was above the rest. I also signed up for a maintenance plan and the peace of mind that comes with having a lifetime local AC company I can count on."

"They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They serviced my AC unit and although they couldn't fix the problem, they knew what it was and referred me to someone who could. They called back later to make sure the problem was fixed. I appreciate the fact that they went the extra mile to help me."

"AA arrived when promised, their price was much better than the other two bids, and the house is much cooler than before. After a hurricane knocked down two big trees that shaded my house we needed to upgrade the insulation. AA is experienced, completed the job on time, and made us much more comfortable."

"They cleaned the duct work 2 months after Hurricane Ida after we failed an independent air quality test. They were friendly and professional. After mitigation and the duct cleaning, we passed the air quality test! Thanks for giving us peace of mind!"
