Gulf States Remediation were hired to do the cleaning of the HVAC system and ducts in the parsonage. The jpb was done quickly and at the price stated. However, a written report including before and after photographs of the system were to be furnished as part of the job and to document the effectiveness of the service. Contact has been made with Marcus at Gulf States remediation concerning this documentation and promises have been received that the documentation will be received no later than given DATES. This report and associated photographs HAVE NOT been furnished as of October 23, 2009. This is several weeks past the last promised date.

My experience was good with this company. They did the job the way it was explained, in a timely manner and delivered the services promised. During this time of remodeling my home after the storm, it is pleasant to deal with someone who did not make the experience any more difficult than it already is. I highly recommend this company and their services.

I challenge a fellow homeowner to come up with more questions or what if situations! I was particularly leary post Katrina to have someone clean the ducts without causing a disruption to life with family. But this company suprised us. After the job was completed, some mold re-appeared on a new piece of baseboard that they installed in the bathroom. We will need to see if there are any plumbing leaks that are causing this (there was no water in the vicinity at the time that the work was done). I'm contacting a plumber who will come out to check.
