"Phillip and his crew did a great job for me and I highly recommend them. I needed some drywall repair and interior painting done at my home. Phillip was very professional and communicative during the entire process. His crew cleaned up each evening and left the work areas neat and organized. "John is a super nice guy, and he explains everything that he plans on doing before actually doing the job. John close in the drywalls and put in borders surrounding the sliding glass door I had installed. He also finishes the job by painting the wall to match and he redid the ceiling. Although you technically can apply wallpaper on textured walls, the peel-and-stick variety won’t last long without a clean, smooth surface for the adhesive to stick to. Although they have similar applications, spackle and joint compound are not the same. Their primary differences lie in their composition, consistency, and ideal use cases.

Plaster ceilings can sag for several reasons. In some cases, the plaster and other building materials shift and come apart over time, which is why you’ll commonly find drooping plaster ceilings in older homes. Improper installation, foot traffic, and water damage—often from a leaky roof or a broken pipe—can also cause plaster ceilings to sag.
