"The Xtreme Steam Team is Amazing.  They got here early and finished the job with no hassles.  When I asked the to include the the two chairs they didn't try to jack up the price.  Usually on the Friday before Thanksgiving I would expect to run into problems with trying to get done quick at a sacrifice to quality.  Not these guys, they take pride in their work and make sure it is done right!  I could not have been more pleased with their performance.

If you’re cleaning or repairing laminate floors, avoid anything abrasive like heavy-grit sandpaper or steel wool. Because the image layer is protected by a topcoat, the image layer is more vulnerable to scratches and damage if the topcoat is damaged. Most experts agree that the best thing with which to clean epoxy floors is a diluted mixture of ammonia and warm water. If you have waxed floors or floors with a penetrating stain or oil, you can shine them up with some more wax and a cloth or floor buffer. After cleaning the floor thoroughly, apply wax to the floor in small sections and use a clean, dry cloth or towel to buff it until it shines. You can also use an electric polisher, which is especially handy for large floors.
