"The entire HVAC system stopped working on our newly bought home (closed 2 months ago). So that was a shock; and of course it was during the hottest part of summer in south Louisiana with a heat index of 107* The initial technician that was dispatched (Luke) was open and honest with us about the condition of the system from the very start. He actually showed me where the problems were and took time to explain what those meant for our system. I was honestly worried that I was going to have a guy come out and spend a few minutes looking at it and just say "you need a new one." But Luke took the time to explain exactly why we should consider a new system but he also didn't pressure us into it. He was willing to go with whatever we were comfortable with doing. We talked about the different options for repairs. He was honest about the uncertainty of those fixes and exactly what would be covered by their warranty and what wouldn't. The fact that he showed me physical evidence to back up all of the repairs he recommended helped make the decision so much easier for us. After discussing all of our options with him, we decided to replace the entire system (super scary concept for a 1st time homeowner that hasn't even fully unpacked the moving boxes). Mr. Teddy Swan (the design consultant) came out within 30 minutes and spent hours with me discussing our unique situation and designing a system that fit our needs and our budget. He went through our house with a fine tooth comb and walked me through his thought process every step of the way. He explained the good and the bad. We talked about what our budget was, and from there he drew up multiple design plans and levels of service for us to chose from. And then he did everything in his power to make sure we got the financing we needed for the job. Two days later and we sit in our home in comfort. None of this would have been possible without Teddy and the guys behind the scenes at Accutemp. The cost was more than I expected, not going to lie. And I know we could have found another company to do it cheaper (you can always find a cheaper guy) but with inflation being what it is and with the quality of service we were provided, I understand the cost. I now have complete peace of mind over the next 10 years because of their "not a dime" warranty and that alone is worth the cost to me. Thankfully Accutemp offers great financing so we were able to get the entire job accomplished for a very affordable monthly note. The installation team (Jhon, Jimmy and the rest of their team) gave 100% for the entire 12+ hours they were here installing our new system and got it all done in one day. I am beyond happy with the quality of service we received and look forward to the next 10 years of continued service."

"The service was great. They were very professional and the job was well worth it."

"Loomis met and exceeded all of my requirement and expectations. 1st I live out of state thus throughout the entire transaction/installation we communicated via cell phone and email. I needed a fast diagnosis bam they were there in two days. Together we determined more cost effective longterm to replace unit. Living in Colorado the cost for installation of same Goodman unit was $2,000 more. So Loomis was cost effective, installation was flawless and customer satisfaction thru the roof. Top it off they asked if I wanted ac unit anchored to platorm? We live on water and got hit hard by Ida. I said yes how much? Drum roll please. No charge. Sorry to be long winded however I have written my fair share of poor reviews for service and products. With that said great companies need kudos when they excel at their jobs. Thanks again and when my daughters two ac units need replacement you will be our first and last call. Karl"

"It went excellent, excellent. Brandon was professional, answered all my concerns and question. I like and appreciated that he has a personable side to him, relaxing and made me feel important. I would have Brandon back anytime for my maintenance upkeep and any other air duct service I may want or need. I truly appreciated his input, Thank you Brandon. Mathilde Turner"

"Majano Heating and AC came out on schedule. They found that the AC breaker had tripped, and guessed that this was caused by the compressor going bad. I felt stupid for not checking the breaker myself. They charged me $60 for a call-out fee, which I suppose is about average. They also quoted a price of $6000 for a new system or $3000 for just a new compressor, which, again, is probably about average these days, yet still outrageous."

"Had the entire AC/Heating system replaced. Took about 2 days because the inside equipment was in the attic. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The owner DID NOT try and sell me on an upgraded system as most other HVAC companies would do. The owner only recommended what was actually required. Highly recommend this company."

"Hagerman Services has proven to be one of the most reliable and professional HVAC companies that I have done business with. My most recent service was air duct cleaning and I have noticed a tremendous difference in the reduction of dust that settles on my furniture as well as less issues with my allergies. I will continue to use Mike and Hagerman for all my HVAC needs."

"Excellent service, very knowledgeable would recommend to anyone needing help. Very prompt service in our time of need. Would definitely use again when needed"

"Fast, professional, and honest! They got my AC up and running in no time. Highly recommend!"

"AA arrived when promised, their price was much better than the other two bids, and the house is much cooler than before. After a hurricane knocked down two big trees that shaded my house we needed to upgrade the insulation. AA is experienced, completed the job on time, and made us much more comfortable."
