"Saturday night, 11 July, our air conditioner went out. The bedroom ceiling fan we hardly ever use didn't work either. Sunday the temperature would get to 94 degrees (heat index 109 degrees). At 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning I called several companies. AccuTemp was the only one that responded. Though they are in Denham Springs and I am fairly far away in Baker, they came all the way here on Sunday morning, arriving at 10:30 a.m. They fixed the problems, both the air conditioner and ceiling fan. Their price was a bit high, but I have no complaint. At 78 years of age I could not have handled the heat, and neither could our dog, a German Shepherd (a breed from a cold country). We were glad to get the problem fixed so quickly on a Sunday morning."

Living in Colorado the cost for installation of same Goodman unit was $2,000 more. So Loomis was cost effective, installation was flawless and customer satisfaction thru the roof. Top it off they asked if I wanted ac unit anchored to platorm? We live on water and got hit hard by Ida. I said yes how much? Drum roll please. No charge. Sorry to be long winded however I have written my fair share of poor reviews for service and products. With that said great companies need kudos when they excel at their jobs.
