He then called back 5 min later and said that a technician was on the way. The tech that arrived was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went straight to work (outside in the rain) and completed the valve replacement on our water pump in a timely manner. He came in and installed in 2.5 hours and ran in a problem that he had to repair one of the flanges. Repaired and installed the toilet and did a great job.
