After repairing the chair he offered to have it powder coated from a third party but thought their price was too high. He had it primed and painted for a fair price and when the color turned out wrong had it repainted for no additional charge. He delivered the newly painted and repaired chair. His repair was well done. I supervised Navy welders aboard ship and know something about how it should be done, His repair was stronger than the original construction."

I had concerns about my frenchie fitting in between the slats. He even measured her to make the get customer size so she could not fit. He did a geat job and a quick job. My gate looks great! "The salesman came to my home and showed me his product and I expressed my concerens and he listen. He explain what could be done and quoted a price. Two weeks later the installers arrived with the windows. They took out the old windows and put in the new and hooked up the alarm system. Next day the finish up crew came and did the needed stucco and said they would return the next day to finish the job. They arrived as scheduled and finished the job. All the way thru this project if I had a question the workers were willing to give me an ans. I also had a number for the salesman and project manager. They were all very neat and cleaned up after themselves.I certainly will use this company again for future projects."
