Crescent City Metal is a first class company. Ronnie Lacomb is highly skilled in building fences. He has a strong sense for anticipating and solving challenges before and during a project. It was a thrill to watch him and his team erecting a 26 ft. high golf fence. Every step of the project included safety, quality, strength, and keeping on schedule. Ronnie Lacombe came to my house, surveyed the repair and explained what had to be done. He picked up the chair that day. After repairing the chair he offered to have it powder coated from a third party but thought their price was too high. He had it primed and painted for a fair price and when the color turned out wrong had it repainted for no additional charge. He delivered the newly painted and repaired chair. His repair was well done. I supervised Navy welders aboard ship and know something about how it should be done, His repair was stronger than the original construction.

Called him on Monday finished by Thursday. He fabricated a great iron handrail for an irregular flight of steps in front of my house. This was a custom job. He used top quality materials and finished as and when promised. We had a deadline. He met it. Worked in the evenings as well to ensure the job was completed when we needed it. It's a great rail of about ten linear feet plus rungs and a reinforcing bar. It looks really great and had added a lot of value to out home as well as made it a safer place. We only required a fairly simple style but had we wanted to go fancier he certainly has the skills to do this. He leaves the work site clean and stand behind his work. I'm so glad we called him instead of trying some prefab kit that really would not have lasted. His work will last.

I called Mr. Lacombe. He called me back promptly and we set up time for him to come to house to discuss job to be done and give me an estimate on cost and set up time. On day of day, he came promptly did a wonderful job. I felt his price was very reasonable. He was very personable and easy to talk to and I would hire him again if I required more railing work to be done..

The bulk of the work was completed very quickly and Robert communicated well during all phases of this project including the intial assessment and post-project follow up. There was a delay in getting the bumper, which really wasn't his fault, but to make up for it he through in 2 replace keys for my controller box for free.

Robert was pleasant to deal with. He took care to understand what we wanted, and advised us of all options. He also gave his informed opinions, rather than allowing us to choose foolishly. He worked on schedule (well, pretty close) and did a neat, professional job. He also followed up several weeks later as promised, to touch up the paint.
