"The entire HVAC system stopped working on our newly bought home (closed 2 months ago). Mr. Teddy Swan (the design consultant) came out within 30 minutes and spent hours with me discussing our unique situation and designing a system that fit our needs and our budget. He went through our house with a fine tooth comb and walked me through his thought process every step of the way. He explained the good and the bad. We talked about what our budget was, and from there he drew up multiple design plans and levels of service for us to chose from. And then he did everything in his power to make sure we got the financing we needed for the job. Two days later and we sit in our home in comfort. None of this would have been possible without Teddy and the guys behind the scenes at Accutemp. The cost was more than I expected, not going to lie. And I know we could have found another company to do it cheaper (you can always find a cheaper guy) but with inflation being what it is and with the quality of service we were provided, I understand the cost.
